Ready 2 Cook Masala/ Gravy
Malvani Curry Masala

Preperation:
Take any of the following
-
For Flower Kurma- 150 gms Flower, 50 gms. Matar (Green Peas), 2 small chopped potato.
Or
-
Any of one sprouted pulses- Whole Masoor Daal (Akkha Masoor) or Green Peas and potato, White Watana and potato, Black Eyed Beans (Chawli) and potato
-
For Tadka contents - ¾ Teaspoon mustard seeds (Raai/Mohri), 3-4 curry leaves, 6-7 garlic clove, a pinch of hing.

Rashmi's Kitchens Malvani curry masala.
-
1 small fine chopped onion, and one fine chopped tomato (Tomato is optional) 1 Teaspoon Mirchi powder, Turmeric powder(Haldi), Salt.
How to make:
-
Pour oil to a hot pot, when the oil become hot pour all Tadka contents starting with Garlic Cloves one by one.
-
When the spices splutter add chopped onion, stir and staute the onion until golden, add chopped tomato and saute until tamatoes turn soft.
-
Add haldi, mirchi powder and salt, saute for 1 minit.
-
Add your choice vegetable or sprouted pulses. Stir well.
-
Add 1 cup of water in this mixture, stir well , boil this mixture till vegetable get half cooked.
-
Add Rashmi's Kitchens Malvani curry masala. (Add according to your gravy thickness requirement).
-
Cover and cook on low heat until vegetable turn tender but not mushy. (Add water if required). Garnish with coriander.

Your curry dish is ready now…….Enjoy
VEG KURMA & ALL PULSES


Preperation:
-
Take - 500 Gms. Chicken Or 500 Gms. Mutton
-
For Tadka -1 Laung (clove), 1 small pc of Dalchini (cinnamon), 3-4 Kalimiri (Black Paper), 2 leaves of Tej patta (Bay Leaves), a pinch of hing.
-
Rashmi's Kitchens Marination masala 50gms.
-
Rashmi's Kitchens Malvani Curry Masala 100 gms.
-
1 small fine chopped onion, and one fine chopped tomato (Tomato is optional) 1 and half Teaspoon Mirchi powder, 1 Tea Spoon Sunday Special Masala, 1 Table Spoon Curd, Turmeric powder(Haldi), Salt.
How to make:
-
Marinate Chicken or Mutton with Marination Masala,1 teaspoon Mirchi Powder, 1 Teaspoon Sunday Special Masala for 20 min.

Pour oil to a hot pot, pour all Tadka contents in hot oil starting with Garlic Cloves one by one.

Add haldi, mirchi powder and salt, saute for 1 minut. Add your choice Marinated Chicken or Mutton. Stir well.

MALVANI CHICKEN / MALAVANI MUTTON


Preparation:

Take - 250 Gms. Prawns Or 50 gms Sode
-
Rashmi's Kitchens Malvani Curry Masala 100 gms.
-
For Tadka - 7-8 garlic cloves
-
1 small fine chopped onion, 1 Teaspoon Mirchi powder, 1/2 Tea Spoon Sunday Special Masala, Turmeric powder(Haldi), Salt.
-
Optional - 1 Midium size potato or 15-20 green peas or 50 gms Flower
How to make:
-
Pour oil to a hot pot, when the oil become hot add Garlic Cloves.
-
When the garlic splutter add chopped onion, stir and staute the onion until golden.
-
Add haldi, mirchi powder, Masala and salt, saute for 1 minut.
-
Add prawns or Sode or sukat and Potato (or your choice option).
-
Add 1 cup of water in this mixture, stir well , boil this mixture till it get half cooked.
-
Add Rashmi's Kitchens Malavani curry masala. (Add according to your gravy thickness requirement).
-
Cover and cook on low heat until prawns (or Sode/Sukat) turn tender but not mushy. (Add water if required). Garnish with coriander.

PRAWNS MASALA / SODE MASALA / SUKAT MASALA
Preperation:

CRAB MASALA


Preparation:

Take – 25-30 Clams/Tisrya
-
Rashmi's Kitchens Malvani Curry Masala 150 gms.
-
For Tadka - 7-8 garlic cloves
-
1 Medium Size Chopped Potato (Optional)
-
1 small fine chopped onion, 1 Teaspoon Mirchi powder, 1/2 Tea Spoon Sunday Special Masala, Turmeric powder(Haldi), Salt.
How to make:
-
Clean clams/Tisrya, boil in water until its shell get open. Remove one side of opened clam. And keep aside the shell with eatable clams.
-
Pour oil to a hot pot, when the oil become hot add Garlic Cloves.
-
When the garlic splutter add chopped onion, stir and staute the onion until golden.
-
Add haldi, mirchi powder, Masala and salt, saute for 1 minut.
-
Add clams and potato. Stir well. Boil this mixture for 5 minutes.

Add Rashmi's Kitchens Malvani curry masala. (Add according to your gravy thickness requirement).

Cover and cook on low heat 10 minutes. (Add water if required). Garnish with coriander.

TISRYA MASALA
Preperation:

Any type of fish – 500 gms.
-
Rashmi's Kitchens Marination Masala 50 gms.
-
Rashmi's Kitchens Fish Red Curry Masala 100 gms.
-
1 cup of water.
-

How to Prepare:
-
Cut and clean fish.
-
Marinate clean fish with Rashmi's Kitchens
-
Marination masala for 15 min.
-
Pour oil to a hot pot, when the oil become
-
hot add Marinated Fish.
-
Stir well and add Red Curry Masala again stir gently .
-
Add one cup of water in it.
-
Stir well slowly.
-
Cover and cook on low heat for 5 min. (Add water if required).
-
Garnish with coriander.
